整個酒店非常大，相當於一個度假酒店，背後是一片水上樂園，據説這裡以前是一片礦場，挖出一個大坑，後來才開發成酒店的；酒店大的唯一不方便的地方就是吃早餐，需要走很遠，到另外一個大堂後再坐電梯下7、8層樓到早餐攤，但早餐非常的豐富，走了也值了

Cleanliness - There was a cockroach crawling on the bedsheet… Service - I went for breakfast for 3 days. Within 2 days I had to move to 3 new tables after each time I left the table for food…. They gave me a table, and later they offered the table to a new customer without checking whether or not I had finish eating my breakfast. During the first day, they gave my table to another customer before I had the chance to sit on the chair.

我通過訂房網站預定 15/9 - 17/9 (2晚)，09138號房，總計 RM734.94，以下是我的入住真實體驗：優點： 1. 首先從電梯到房間前的走廊都十分乾淨且舒適，不但大部分走廊都使用地毯，墻上的擺設和燈光否讓人感覺非常舒服。 2. 房間內空間不算大，但整體給人一種恰到好處的舒適，讓我想要窩在這裡一整天，尤其燈光設計非常好，沒有一處是刺眼的。 3. 圖3是一張躺椅，個人覺得這張椅子為整體加了不少分，我和我女友一直爭著賴在上面 😂 4. 廁所採用無障礙設計，馬桶也是免治馬桶。 5. 廁所的地板是粗麵的，不擔心會滑倒。 6. 電視機設有投屏功能，可以播放任何你想看的東西，缺點是沒有Youtube或Netflix，在2025這個年代，感覺有些不應該。 7. 牙刷和牙膏都是免費的，牙刷是軟毛，非常舒服，牙膏還是Colgate，馬來西亞人非常開心！ 8. 沐浴露、洗髮水、洗手液都好用而且很香，是檸檬味的，可以弄出很多泡泡，但感覺都是同一款產品，只是分開裝在了不同的瓶子 😂 9. 淋浴水壓穩定，水溫穩定，女生可以沖個高溫熱水澡；男生也能沖冷水澡沒問題！ 10. 吹風筒雖然不算太好，但夠用，出門忘了帶吹風筒也不怕，只是可能需要吹久一些 😂 11. 這間房和隔壁的09139中間有一扇門可以互通，如果和家人朋友一起來可以兩間一起訂，會多一些樂趣！ 12. 房間隔音很好！缺點： 1. 冷氣是中央空調，房內設有冷氣遙控，但個人感覺沒有任何用處，無論是調節溫度或風量都沒有明顯的區別。 2. 電視機不在床的中間，而是在稍微偏右的位置，看起來有點彆扭。 3. 浴室門沒法完全關緊，而且會搖晃，我很怕稍微用點力會整個垮掉！ 4. 廁所地板如果沾水，非常難自行變乾。 5. 床是兩張床合併的大床，中間會有明顯的凸起感，有點遺憾。整體：總的來說我個人覺得酒店的質量很好，從辦理入住到退房都非常有效率，尤其我還是在馬來西亞4天長假期時入住這間酒店。到儘管整體質量屬於中上，但我會說其不及我給的價格，性價比一般，除非周圍的酒店比這間不划算，否則很大可能不會再入住。

My husband & I had a great time here! The check in & check out process were smooth and we felt grateful because we got the complimentary cake from the hotel for our wedding anniversary! Such a cute gesture ☺️ (btw I called the hotel a few days earlier to ask them whether we could get a complimentary cake or not) Breakfast buffet was also good because you got to choose variety of food and not just regular Malaysian breakfast like nasi lemak or roti canai but they also served Chinese & Arabic foods for breakfast! Will definitely repeat my stay at this hotel!

This was my 2nd time staying in this hotel. The room was nice & still felt safe even though quite far at the back from hotel lift. The foods and breakfast were delicious.Our room aircond suddenly leaked & the technician came asap to fixed the problem. However, the staff at the registration counter need to be well aware on the hotel itself (e.g how to help guest if having problem with parking system) & assist guest as much as they can without asking the guest to manage it on her own since the guest is not aware on certain part of hotel management.

我預訂是豪華大床房，顯示部分有窗，實際上我前台交流，告訴我豪華大床房都是沒有外景窗戶的，都是內景窗戶，對於出差度假來説，住內景窗戶，住在裡面很壓抑，內景房空氣質量不好，而且有點潮濕，每層樓的142房型很奇葩，也不給換其他的，説是豪華大床房就是這個。酒店介紹寫了有中文服務，實際沒有中文服務！豪華大床房和園景房差的錢很少，就不到100元人民幣，差距很大，大夥下單時看清楚，估計也看不清楚，很難分辨的！酒店位置是還可以，樓下是類似萬象城那種大商場，價格和國內消費差不多，北上廣深的物價，遊客超多，早上8點以後，早餐排隊很長很長，我到的是週末，人超級多！酒店早餐和國內歡朋希爾頓差不多，趕不上希爾頓，是花園或者歡朋的水平，酒店早餐一般！酒店華人很多，但是它們考慮更多是印度人口味或者伊斯蘭教口味，其實酒店大客戶是華人，酒店服務人員幾乎都是印度後裔。酒店香水味很濃烈，因為印度或者東南亞人很多，第一天入住，香水味讓你感覺很不舒服！老外體味比較重，我住的內景房，味道散不出去，就更難受了！體驗感很差

been a regular of Sunway’s hotel for god knows how long and it’s worth the stay every single time. front desk staff are always polite and welcoming. we booked 2 rooms for the 4 of us, and was offered a connecting room for which my family and I were very satisfied with. hotel location 💯 it’s connected to the Sunway Pyramid so whenever any of us is tired, we could just head back to the hotel to rest. breakfast crowd on weekends was insaneeee. the food was decently good, with a great variety of choices. credit 訂房網站.com’s web photos of the room we got (it looks exactly the same)
